My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, while clean and nice, felt a bit cramped with too much furniture and no proper window covering. The service was warm and welcoming overall but was tainted by witnessing unprofessional behavior towards staff. The location was great, close to where we wanted to be and loved by my grandchildren. The dining experience was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
